Bookkeepers and accountants have a different scope of responsibilities. Bookkeepers help clients on a day-to-day basis and prepare documents for your accountant. Accountants specialize in financial advice and filing taxes.

What bookkeeping program do you use?

I utilize QuickBooks exclusively; however, if QuickBooks is not utilized by your business or organization, I can assist you integrating. My services also include any cleanup necessary within QuickBooks.

What sizes businesses do you work with?

I work with small, medium, large size businesses as well as non-profits.

How much do your services cost?

Do you help with Payroll?

Yes, payroll is a service I offer.

Will i lose touch with my business if i outsource for help?

Absolutely not. Hiring outside help will allow you to focus more on your business priorities. I also provide detailed reports and consultations monthly for my clients.

Do you take place of my CPA or Tax preparer?

No, I do not. I work directly with your accountant or tax preparer to provide them with the majority, or in some cases all of the information they need to process and file your taxes for you.

What is remote bookkeeping?

While bookkeeping has traditionally been done in person in the past, technology advancements allow bookkeepers to work with your business from any location, near or far while still providing the same services.
